Join herbalist Michele for a hands-on workshop where she will guide you in creating your own burning bundle using sustainable, spiritual, and medicinal plants, harvested directly from her garden here in Nosara. Together, we will explore how each plant carries its own unique properties, uses, and meanings, allowing you to intentionally personalize your bundle for your specific purpose. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished bundle to take home.

We’ll begin by getting acquainted with our plant companions. Michele will introduce the plants used in our burning bundles and share their medicinal and spiritual qualities. She will also offer practical guidance on cultivating smoke medicine plants in your own garden, whether here in Costa Rica or in temperate climates around the world, as well as tips on mindful harvesting practices.

Herbal tea will be served, and the space will be gently cleared with smoke medicine to create a fresh, welcoming atmosphere for our medicine-making process. Creating bundles in community and with intention enhances the potency of the medicine, deepening both the experience and the connection.
